   I have been trying to develop a way that I can NOT have to worry about when I will be getting paid by clients... I have gone on FOR YEARS with an inconsistent way of life and I CANNOT DO IT ANYMORE!   So, it's either get clients to sign contracts and charge them monthly, or look for a new career!   I figured I'd at least TRY this first!  For the last million years, I have been selling training session packages with no deadlines, no commitment, no accountability and basically driving myself insane!  Due to the flakey nature of this business, when it is so easy for people to drop off, not renew session packs, constantly cancel with no repercussions, I have been steadily sabotaging myself by being too forgiving.  People have taken advantage...some, not intentionally, some just don't realize that THIS IS HOW I SURVIVE and pay the bills!  If you never knew WHEN you were getting paid from your job, you would lose your shit!   LOL  Sometimes, I would be counting on 3 clients to pay for new sessions after they said they would, then they would cancel 3 wks in a row when they knew they only had one session left.  So, if ALL 3 CLIENTS push me off, I DON'T GET PAID for another MONTH!  That's no way to live!  I have had to cancel things I wanted to do or needed to buy because I was at the mercy of inconsistent people !  SO, now, I am finally going to try and change my policies and , in turn, I will be able to KEEP CLIENTS ON PAR with their goals by making sure they don't flake out on sessions because WHO WANTS TO PAY FOR STUFF THEY AREN'T EVEN USING, am I right???
  Moving forward, I will give new clients a FREE ASSESSMENT where we sit down and discuss goals, talk about workout history , review body composition and I will prescribe what I think is best for the client to successfully reach these goals.  Some people have a longer road ahead of them and may train with me for years.   Some people just want to breathe new life into their current workout regiment and once a week for 3 months will suffice for them!  Some clients are total beginners and will start from scratch and need the guidance of 3 sessions a week for a year or more.  I will make the SUGGESTION, and you make the final say.   Maybe you will start with 3 months, once a week and see how you feel after that--which is perfectly cool with me!
