WHERE AM I TRAINING?!

  Several months ago, I heard that Milwaukee was getting a MetroFlex Gym and I was SUPER EXCITED!   MetroFlex is NOT your typical "corporate chain gym".  In fact, it's quite the opposite !  It's a HARDCORE TRAINING FACILITY.  The music is loud.  The muscles ARE REAL.  And the equipment is ON ANOTHER LEVEL!   I attended the grand opening party this past Sunday and I just KNEW I had to be part of this great magical place!!

  MetroFlex MKE is located at 1800 Dolphin Dr #200, Waukesha, WI and the membership fee is $30 per mo, no contracts.  In the month of October, they are waiving the $25 start up fee, so I suggest signing up asap !
