workout vid :)!!!!

   greetings, everyone!  I haven't been updating this site lately!  wtf...  i'll def be doing more this week.  blogs, videos, pix, etc!!!  promise!
​  I took a 5 day break from workouts and laid low, rested up, took some muscle relaxers for the ol' back and started off slow yesterday with a light full body workout !  a lil bit of hiit cardio at the end and that was that!  even just that little workout made me slightly sore though!!!   LOL
