waist trainer . caffeine cream.

  so, i have known about this thing for years!  i know the bombshell bikini team is required to wear them for HOURS on end during their prep...they used to just be called SQUEEMS.  but now, hollywood celebs like jwoww and khloe kardashian are posting progress pix of tiny waists from "waist training".  and, although i do not have much "fat" around my waist by any means, i DO have some loose skin that i notice when i bend over (on my stomach).  so, i thought maybe the caffeine cream would tighten up my skin and the waist trainer might shrink my waistline even more-??  i will keep you posted ...!
