typical full body workout for me at 6.5 mos preg...

  after seeing my butt in the fitting room mirror yesterday, i decided i have slacked a BIT too much in the last few wks.  i did 45 min of cardio today (step mill and elliptical) as well as strength training exercises for each body part (except bis/tris, which i plan to hit tomorrow or friday, depending on the storm we may be getting tonight...)  these are the strength exercises i did:


lat pulldown    3 sets of 12-15, wt 50-80lbs
chest press machine  3 sets of 12-15, wt 40-70lbs
stripper squats 3 sets of 15, bodyweight
power squats (machine), 3 sets of 12 only using the weight of the machine itself
abductor/adductor machines 3 sets of 12=15  wt 90-100lbs
rotator exercises w/ 5 lb plate/  lat raises/ v raises--5lb plate, 12-15 reps
seated ham curl 105 lbs, 3 sets of 12
single leg extensions  30 lbs, 3 sets of 12
sumu squats 3 sets of 12
