tuesday class is on this wk!

   due to popular demand, the saturday class is on a break and thursday class will be the big-time fun for the wk ;)  i am also kicking it off with a good class special!  6 pack of classes for only $50!!  just good this wk!
  this past wknd, we had our last saturday class and only 3 showed up, so i changed it up and made it a little crazy...also, i did the 2nd half of class w/ my clients and it was awwwesome!  i am soo sore!  mostly in the abs, lower back and legs... i wish i could do my class every wk!  i'd have this bod toned up in no time flat!
