tuedsday class package!

   anyone interested in a killer class that starts next Tuesday, the 16th, through the last Tuesday of September?????  you pay $70 in advance and come as many or as few times as you want/can!  this way lets me avoid the annoying weekly song and dance of begging people to come to class!   each class will be 45-60 min and contain a different routine each week.  we will do group warm ups that vary, then break it into sweet, crazy circuits that will have your muscles begging for mercy and your fat melting off!  we will have lots of focus on abs and booties....heavy bag punching, battle rope slamming, kettlebell swinging and anything else I can think of to throw at you!  I promise you plenty of challenge, fun, and RESULTS!  let's end this summer with a BANG!!!!!
