training journal entry....

  i also want to use this blog spot as a kind of training journal to jot down what kinds of workouts i am putting myself thru.  right now, being 4 mos pregnant, i am just starting to feel able to push myself a bit more.  in the first trimester, i got out of breath easily and was told not to let my core get too heated up, my workouts sucked.  now, i rarely have the motivation to do killer workouts!  i don't know what the hell my deal is!  i did a leg workout this wk that was pretty great, then a cardio day, and an upper body circuit today...that's it...:(  i really need to kick this shit up a few notches or i am gonna have 400lbs to lose after i pop this baby out!
