tire-flip circuit slam saturday is here!

today is super exciting cuz i got us a 250lb tractor tire to flip in our workout!!  hopefully, i have someone in class who can demonstrate the proper flip cuz my big, preggo ass would probably squirt the baby on the floor if i tried! haha


also, i am thinking  about bringing my bootycamp class back this coming thurs/sat :)   inspired by the bad boy bill chicago booty house mix i found on youtube, we will be bangin out some bad ass old school booty house tunes and getting our badonks in fab shape for bikinis and such for the summer!!!! whoop whoooooooooooop!
