I gave you guys a lil break from my vlogs...but I am baaaaack ;) did legs alone today and recorded MOST of it. the gym was slam-packed and I always feel like a douche trying to record myself when it's busy, but I did my best!! I was contacted by a fitness clothing company last week on twitter, offering to send me free stuff, so I will be wearing those when I get them!!! I can't wait! enjoy my latest workout, comment, subscribe!;) OH---if you have any suggestions for me on my form for kneeling squats, I would love to hear them! I have just started to try and do them and I feel kinda weird, so maybe I am doing something wrong?? let me know! thanks, guys! have a rad day!
