 sample workout #2!! full body circuit....

one armed rows  (at least 20lb dbs)
incline chest press (10-20lb dbs)
20 bodyweight squats, tapping butt on bench
30 jumping jacks
20 mountain climbers
alternating bi curls (10-20lbs )
tri rope pulls
upright rows (cables, ez bar attachment )
sumu squats holding 25-35lb db
1 min plank straight and both sides.  repeat 3x each
*do 3-4 sets of 12-15 on everything not specified*
