online training update!

   there are a few potential ways for me to do online training !   i am thinking of doing some "programs " that people can buy that will include 3 workouts per wk for a month and recipe suggestions/cardio plans...... OR a more specifically designed workout plan (weekly), check ins with me,  you send me progress pix and i modify workouts accordingly (to you goals)...   i am still looking into launching my own app and other website coaching options!!!!!   stay tuned !!!!!!!
