online training!

  i am not quite sure why i haven't offered this option before, but since i have had 3-4 former clients, a few out of state, inquire about me setting up programs for them in the last week or so, i have decided to sit down and work on some workouts for people, diet guidelines and such.  maybe i will even look into doing a beautifulmuscle app you can install on your phones!  stay tuned !
