new opportunity...mini video

  wellll, I wished for a new opportunity and one may have presented itself today!!   if it all goes through, I will give you guys the deets asap!
​  also:   becky and I attempted to do an UPPER bod (bi/tri) workout vid today annnnnd my memory card was full after the 1st 2 exercises!!  LOL   so, I will throw it together for a mini vid--just cuz I have so few recent upper bod vids!!!  stay tuned !:)
