MY NEW SERIES! #BBE

   WELL, well!  It seems my weebly is ACTUALLY gonna work today!  wahoo!  I have not updated my site for the LONGEST TIME, you guys!!!!  It was giving me issues last time and I just shelfed any updates and decided to leave it alone for awhile!!  But I am BAAAACK!  And I have a new youtube vlog series called BEST BODY EVERRRRRRRRRR.   (check it out below!!)

​  I am going on a trip to Mexico in June , so that is my goal date for this BEST BODY EVER series!  To me, MY BEST BODY EVER means, the most healthy and happy I can possibly be!  Each person has THEIR OWN IDEA of what their best body is!  For some, it's the most muscular, or for others, it's the SKINNIEST!  For me, it means more than just a PHYSICAL ideal.   It means making myself as comfortable with me as I can possibly be!  Yes, of course, I want my bod to look AMAZE in my bikinis for my Mexico trip!  But I wan to work on my mindset, my INNER happiness as well!  I am tryin g to incorporate meditation and visualization into my daily life as well as manifesting good things and positive vibrations to come my way!   You get what you give.  I firmly believe that!  Your mind is a VERY powerful tool, you guys!  You can MAKE OR BREAK yourself with your own thoughts!  Be the BEST PERSON YOU CAN BE!

​  I have also been hashtagging REVENGE BODY because we all kinda need some inner motivation to push us through our comfort zones!  Some people use a breakup or a negative person in their life as their motivating factor.   Getting back at  someone who dumped you by looking like THE BOMB and FEELING even better inside is the best revenge!  HAPPINESS shines though and makes your physical beauty even more amazing !  The breakup or toxic person in your life may be a place to start, but by the end of your journey, it will evolve into being WAY MORE to do with you and your soul and your inner peace than any dumb guy/girl who did you wrong !
