leg workout vid from yesterday!!

   ooooh, man!  this video gave me SO many issues yesterday!  I had to re-do the music several times and ended up throwing on a mix I downloaded....so, the music isn't my ideal pick, but the vid and the workout itself are BOMB!!!  check it out and let me know what you think!!!:)
