leg workout vid !

  so, i just decided to spontaneously film my leg workout this past friday...  i was on my own so i had to try and position the camera to get good angles....  keep in mind this was my SECOND leg workout of the wk and didn't really do anything very heavy.  my hamstrings are BEYOND sore from the stiff legged deads AND good mornings combo!
