in honor of our bootycamp class today....

happy saturday!!!   back by popular demand for today::  BOOTYCAMP!!!  this means that circuit will involve all butt/legs/abs exercises!!!  i found some good butt videos on youtube and we may incorporate some of these fun moves!

class is $10 drop in fee or 15 sessions for $100.  this special is only in effect TODAY so, GET IT!!!!!  i will be handing out a biz card to everyone who buys these classes and you will need to bring it to every class and i will initial them!  that is how we will keep track AND the 1st person who reaches their 15 classes will get a free one on one session to add to their next package purchase:)!!!!!
