happy PUMP-day!

  even though the weather sucked majorly today and  i started the day off w/ a car fiasco, it ended up turning around and being a really awesome one!  i started a new client tonight and did nearly an hour of cardio!  YAY!!!!  this just goes to show me that , the days i feel the laziest and wonder how i will even make it through, sometimes can become the best, most motivated days!  if i just push myself to do it, i will always be glad i did!!  try it :)

ALSO:  just reminding you that there's no circuit class this saturday!!!  see you all next week!
