it's been awhile since i have posted a random gym selfie, so i took one today. no makeup. wack hair. disney princess shirt. yeah, that's how i roll these days....lmfao. i did my 2nd arm workout of the wk! been KILLIN IT at the gym; pretty much working out every day now. and, shockingly, i have GAINED 4lbs! LOL hopefully, it's muscle and has all gone into my glutes!!!!!
this brings me to a subject i just wanted to mention...it's been brought to my attention that people around my gym have been "concerned " cuz i am "so thin".... i weigh 130 healthy pounds, eat A LOT, and am doing GREAT! so, thanks for your concern, but it's not necessary. sure, i used to be a muscular tank for many years, then followed that up with being a bloated, fat mess for a lil bit while my body transitioned back into "normal" eating and not obsessing , but i shall remind you all that MY NORMAL BODY TYPE is fairly thin. so, being this weight should not be "shocking" to anyone. SEE PHOTOS BELOW FOR EXAMPLES. LOL

You look GREAT!! I find it interesting that when I look back at common, everyday pictures taken in the 50's, 60's, and 70's, I am always struck at how 'thin' the average person looks, both men and women. Coincidence that this was the last age before the ubiquity of fast food, and heavily processed and calorie-rich food?
