  i am super excited to announce that i am throwing a freebie circuit slam on saturday, march 15 at 11am at the fitness asylum in bay view!!  after this class,  every saturday, (provided i have at least 4 people signed up) and possibly tuesdays and thursday evenings at 5pm , i will have a killer class utilizing trx bands, kettlebells, dumbells, plyos and heavy bag work!!!
  walk ins will be $12 and i will offer a 10 class punchcard for $100!  clients who have already purchased classes, those will definitely be honored! 
  i strongly encourage my biggest loser contestants to attend these classes for an extra push toward reaching your goals!!!
