four wks post baby and i am down 30lbs.
did my 1st real leg day since having the baby yesterday at animal house gym...warmed up with the stepmill, did leg extensions/leg curls, one legged leg presses, stiff-legged deads, abduction and adduction (the only pain i felt was a bit of soreness while doing the adduction) , and power squats! overall, an ok first leg day! i am super annoyed by the fact that my butt is a flat pancake when it has always been a bit of a "claim to fame" for me (haha) (--see butt photo!!)
fingers crossed, this bootay returns to it's riteful owner! heehee
saturday circuit class in on for this wknd, so please let me know by tomorrow if you plan to attend! i am not sure what we will do yet, but whatever it is, it will be a butt-kickin, crazy-good time ;)
