class??? Thursday? 5ish-?

  attention: those of you that have been wanting me to do a circuit class again!  here ya go!!!  sign up now!  i'd like a nice class of 8-10 to COMMIT to 6 Thursdays of ass-kickin good fun!  45-60min of the craziest, most fun, fat-incinerating circuit challenges I can come up with!  starting sept 22-oct 27!  $72   (I will make it an even $70 if you sign up by the end of this next week!)  FITNESS ASYLUM!!!  kettlebells, heavy-bag punching routines, battle ropes, WALKING LUNGES GALORE!!!!  core killers! booty-blasters!    we are gonna hit those problem areas with a vengeance!   DOMINATE!!!!!!!
