GREETINGS, homies....

  Hi, friends!  I just thought I'd write a quickie little update blog and let you know that I am SO PROUD of everyone who has kept going strong with their summer training !!!  Not a single person who did my unlimited summer sessions deal has dropped off or quit!   Everyone is still KILLING workouts MULTIPLE times a week! YAAAAAAAAAY, cudos, congrats etc to Kristy, Jeanette, Angela, Lisa, and Natalie !!! You guys ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Everyone has made progress, lost weight, gained strength and muscle, and definitely ENDURANCE!  (i will post pix and more specific progress reports for everyone at the end of August , with their permission, of course!!!)
