change of plans!

i was planning to change the whole style of my site, but looking at all the style choices, i think this is, by far , the best one!  let's keep this for awhile!!!
i had also planned on writing some new blogs on sunday/monday but i had THE WORST MIGRAINE EVER!!!   it pretty much wiped me out for 2 days!!!!  i am finally feeling better,  back on the awesome, fat burning, energy-providing synedrex and ready to kill some workouts this wk!!!!!   my workout partner, kimberly brown, and i are gonna try some workouts from the ashley horner training program!  full body circuits....  i will let you know how we like it !
