bootcamps....

   So, it looks like everyone and their mom is gonna be doing beach bootcamps at bradford this summer...LOL....i will probably scout out other locations in the same  general area so we aren't cluster-fucked with everyone else!   i am taking suggestions on spots, so lemme know if you know of anywhere that may be better/ less populated!
  Also:  taking suggestions on fun "toys" we can use out on the beach!  like i said, i am planning to get some kbells, bands maybe a big tire for flipping....what else would everyone be interested in for spicing up our workouts?  i will most likely have you moving from station to station in my signature circuit -class style....  we will do a nice team-warm up then break it down to circuits!  i am hoping there aren't any rain cancellations in our 6 wks, but remember, we ARE in the shitty midwest, so it's pretty likely we will have craptastic weather...i am gonna try and see if fitness asylum would take us in for rain days....if not, i will compensate everyone with an on the house, one on one training session to be used anytime at animal house!   BRING a bottle of water to all bootcamps...and if you have your own yoga mat you'd wanna use for ground-work, please do so!   i will try and have some waters on hand for those who forget! also:  you may wanna bring a small sweat towel too!
