bands are on order!

​  if you are on my facebook , you know the video I am talking about that inspired me to get these bands for a bootcamp!  I posted it last week;  it's  a girl doing all sorts of crazy shit with a band around her thighs and I plan to formulate a version of this for a portion of a future bootcamp!  they are due to arrive next week Tuesday, so be ready for a killer workout that following Saturday!!!!  I am excited and you should be too!
