bands!!!!

   inspired by a workout video I saw on facebook, I will be buying a bunch of round resistance bands for future bootcamps!!!  be ready for some challenging butt moves !!!   speaking of bootcamps, I might as well start badgering people about coming this next Saturday!   who's in????????
