arm demolition by dave....

  Dave Gundrum is a personal trainer from Brickyard Gym in Bay View who JUST HAPPENED to friend request me at the time I was trying to see if any other trainers wanted to put me through their workouts!   I went down there to meet up w/ him and get my arms murdered today!  It was a BLAST!  Please check out our video and give me your feedback!!!  AND PS I am still willing to meet other trainers who wanna kill me too!!! haha    I have my rescheduled back workout w/ Mike Watts coming up this Sunday and I am SO looking forward to it!!!   I'd also be willing to come take someone's class and film bits of that as well!!!  So, if you are a yoga instructor, spin instructor...or any other kinda class that kicks ass, PLEASE message me and I will come meet you and soak up your wizardry!:)   I love learning from people and meeting new fitness friends!!!
​ALSO:  unrelated to this...my first Rivalry of Sports & Entertainment Network article was posted this past Monday!!  I wrote an Oscars FASHION piece !  (I will link that below if you wanna check it out!!!) My next piece for the network will be in the FITNESS arena!  STAY TUNED!!!   The editor has made me a writer's fb page ANNNND I will be a guest on his podcast at the end of March!  THAT could POSSIBLY lead to MY VERY OWN PODCAST deal!!!  Cross your fingers for me, y'all!!!!  I am looking forward to NEW BEGINNINGS ;)   !!!!
