i am pretty excited about the workouts i have done in the last few days! thursday, i did an hour of cardio, fri, i hit arms w/ my girl, carrie, and saturday, i did legs and 30 min of cardio at snap! yesterday, i didn't leave the house (and barely my bed) because the weather was horrible (there was a 100-car pile up on the freeway!!!)
today, i am headed in to ah to train a client and then fry my back and bis :) it's monday and i feel like i need a good marathon of a workout to get out some stress and frustration! plus, the weather reports are not so good for the week, so i need to get in as much as i can when i can!!!
did you guys do bad ass weekend workouts??????
