my current split seems to be mon/wed/fri...legs/upper/full body. last night, i fried my upper body, mostly focusing on shoulders with a bi/tri burnout at the end and a lil bit of abs thrown in cuz i thought i was gonna have pt 2 of my bikini photo shoot tonight . (we ended up postponing till next wk cuz there's rain in the forecast for tonight!)
this split seems to be working out great for me! i throw some plyos in on leg days, and all 3 days, i do a 10 min warm up on the stepmill. other than that, i don't really do cardio anymore cuz i don't want to drop anymore weight. just tone and firm!! this week, i took my baby boo on a walk in her stroller (yesterday) just mostly to enjoy the sunny, nice weather.
i'd like to shoot a new workout vid, but i don't really work out with partners anymore; i love to focus on myself and my music and just do my own thing. i find that i am distracted and don't push myself enough when i am working out with someone else....
** classes are resuming after labor day. tuesdays (7pm) and saturdays (11am)! i wouldn't be opposed to training a few one on one clients at the fitness asylum immediately following the 11am class, if anyone is interested! please, let me know and let's get booked! i am looking into a new way of selling class packages! i will keep you posted on what i decide!!!
