everyone wants to know what i have been taking and how i have lost my baby weight so fast. here ya go, peeps! everything seen in this pic (except the pre workout, which i am just adding in this week) is what i have been taking.
my biggest problem right now, though, is not eating enough! i have been extremely stressed, have had tons of anxiety lately and the weight just literally fell off me. of course, i have been working out , too, but mostly, the decrease in calories and loss of appetite has been the catalyst in my weightloss. unfortunately, i feel like i am becoming "skinny-fat"// flabby... so, from here on out, i am gonna lift as heavy as i can and kick up my calorie/protein intake! the cardio will be limited to long walks outside with my baby!!
