Well, I guess, after a bomb ass 3 weeks of BANGIN workouts, I'm bound to come into a slow week of shitty ones... LOL my leg workout yesterday SUCKED , and the arm workout I did today was severely lacking! I am not sore at all... I will be at the Brickyard Gym tomorrow evening where I start my 1st client there, and I will be doing my own shoulders workout as well! Then, the plan is to kill some deadlifting either Thursday or Friday!!
