so, my shoot got rescheduled from last week and it's TOMORROW! i will post a few shots on this site,and on twitter/instagram , but i don't think i will post on fb! i modified my workouts for the last 2 wks and i think i just may roll with this workout style for a few more weeks (till i get sick of it!). i have been incorporating kettlebell swings and plyos to keep my heart rate up and get that fat MELTING off me...yet the muscles getting toned and sleek!
