my workout april 16, 2014  37.5 wks preggo
upper body

15 min cardio on arc trainer

one armed row w/ 20lb db
superset w/ incline chest press w/ 20lb db
3 sets each
alternating bi curl... 1 set w/ 10lb dbs, 2 sets w/ 15 lb dbs  (all sets w/ 20 reps)
superset w/ tri rope pulldowns ( all sets between 40-50 lbs, about 15 reps)
palms facing out bi curls, standing on one foot-  10lb dbs
superset w/ tri dip machine 105lbs-120lbs, 15-20 reps
rotator cuff exercises, followed by side raises and V's w/ 5lb plates  3 sets of 12 ea

10 more min on the arc trainer for a cool down
