Since I have a bunch of new people I am working with, including one guy who is semi far away and unable to make it to train with me in person very often, I am making my website a bit more educational! I am posting basic workouts and some supplement suggestions ! I am also working on getting a bunch of info up that I tell everyone in sessions and answering a lot of questions that most new people seem to have! I am ALWAYS available to my clients for questions and texting, so feel free to keep the questions coming! If you need extra motivation, TEXT ME! I will kick you in the ass and give you whatever encouragement you need to get those workouts in!!!! I am gonna do a FAQ page and maybe a Q &A video, so let me know what you need me to answer and I will!!!
