i have been posting about my own quest for a perfect "bikini bod" this summer, but really, i am training all summer to be ready for a certain sexy gold miner to come home in fall ;) what have i been doing differently, you ask? well, i have added in a little bit of cardio...doing abs with nearly every workout, and making healthy fruit/veggie smoothies every morning to ensure i am getting all my vitamins and minerals to support a healthier bod! a FITTER ME! today, i did a full body circuit that included heavy kettlebell swings and some TRX action.... also, i have been throwing plyos in with my leg workouts to keep my heart rate up get my fast twitch fibers firing away !
