So, my slump continues! And I realize it's TOTALLY me now. No amount of caffeine can help me! I need a break, a detox/cleanse, a rest/recharge! The video I made today has very little of my workout in it...1st of all, the gym was annoying. LOL 2nd of all, my right arm (elbow and shoulder joints) have been giving me issues during my sleep the last couple nights and I felt it kickin in whilst doing my rotator warm ups today....sigh.
On a brighter note, I found A LOT of great, new, copyright-free music to use in my youtube vids and downloaded it all yesterday! And I have been having a blast experimenting with more editing stuff on my filmora program! I guess I am trying to compensate for lack of workout content for fun editing tricks and bad ass music!! haha Better workout clips will be coming your way as soon as possible !!!! :)
