blagh. first leg day since resuming workouts after a week long break and it kinda sucked. wednesday is apparently NATIONAL LEG DAY and every fool was hogging up all the leg equipment. i especially love the guys who have the entire contents of their gym bag all spread out across the gym floor, taking up room and areas in which i need for my workout! argh. but i focused on some butt stuff and got a decent little glute-pump ...
