sooo, last week, my leg workout SUCKED cuz i started to get some pain (again) in my right knee when i started doing power squats...bllaaagghhhhhh. so, yesterday's leg workout consisited of all high volume sets and low weight, with a lil plyo thrown in (cuz it's the best for boosting the boo-tay!) plus, i didn't give myself much time for working out yesterday and i got all my exercises in, circuit style to save time and keep it fun! i did:
regular suats w/ just the bar
all low weight, lots of reps!
it was a fun little workout on a day i didn't really even feel like working out!
oh! and of course, my warm up was on the stepmill, as usual!!
