it's been awhile since i have posted a random gym selfie, so i took one today. no makeup. wack hair. disney princess shirt. yeah, that's how i roll these days....lmfao. i did my 2nd arm workout of the wk! been KILLIN IT at the gym; pretty much working out every day now. and, shockingly, i have GAINED 4lbs! LOL hopefully, it's muscle and has all gone into my glutes!!!!!
this brings me to a subject i just wanted to mention...it's been brought to my attention that people around my gym have been "concerned " cuz i am "so thin".... i weigh 130 healthy pounds, eat A LOT, and am doing GREAT! so, thanks for your concern, but it's not necessary. sure, i used to be a muscular tank for many years, then followed that up with being a bloated, fat mess for a lil bit while my body transitioned back into "normal" eating and not obsessing , but i shall remind you all that MY NORMAL BODY TYPE is fairly thin. so, being this weight should not be "shocking" to anyone.
