so, i weighed myself yesterday at the studio i train at on tuesdays (impact fitness inside supplement warehouse in oak creek) and i weigh 138lbs right now! yahooooooo! my goal was 140!
before i got preggo, i was having a summer of indulgence! my boyfriend and i had just started dating and allll we did was go out to eat and drink!!! so, i was already in a somewhat sloppy condition. i weighed between 150-160 all last summer. then i sky rocketed to 187 while pregnant! to be 138 right now is so exciting to me!!! (i believe i was between 130-135 for my figure show in 2011) but, as i said, i am not trying to lose anymore weight....i just wanna build some lean mass and tone up!! the definition is coming back in my arms and abs... just need that booty back on track! haha i participated in my circuit class last night, and we definitely did more ab stuff than i am used to, so my abs are sore today! due to the labor day holiday and the harley davidson promo i worked friday, my workout split got a little jacked up! i am not sure what i am gonna work tonight, but i am excited for the hour i have alotted myself between clients to whoop my own ass! i am thinking i feel like doing a bi/tri blast!!! like, totally frying my arms so i can't move them tomorrow!!! i really miss having amazing guns!
