YESSSSSS! I am pretty stoked, you guys!!! ALSO: I did a pretty awesome leg workout today which included a jillion squats (or so it felt like!! LOL); I have skipped them in a bunch of recent leg workouts and I felt the need to hammer out a massive amount of them today!! I also did some one-legged presses, stiff legged deads, and 3 sets of 30 (low weight) leg extensions at the very end!
