10 wks post baby. belly GONE. everything is tightening back up!
i am now going to obsess about my ass and abs (butts and guts haha)...so, today, at animal house , my workout went as follows:
real squats: 3 working sets of 10 (95lbs) and one of 12 w/ just the bar
walking lunges, lugging 15lb dbs...all around my workout space
pop squats 3 sets of 12
butt bridges: 2 sets of 12 w/ the 45 lb bar across my hip bones
butt blaster/donkey kick machine: 2 sets of 10 on ea leg 10-20lbs
squat pulls: real deep 2 sets of 12 w/ 90lbs on cables
weighted crunches w/ 140/150 lbs 3 sets of 20
side bends on angle, holding 10lb plates 3 sets of 12 on ea side
"twisties" w/ bar 3 sets of 20
5 min warm up, 10 min cool down on stepmill
15 min on elliptical to get loose
my ass and quads are already INCREDIBLY sore! i can't wait to have my badonk back again!
