i can't wait to go do cardio and arms today --(bi-tri-shoulder strength training as well!!)
today marks my 1st day back to training clients! i had 4 people scheduled for this evening and 2 have cancelled.... this kind of thing is what allllways happens during the summer for some reason and i haaate it! starting to think i should have taken off the whole summer for my maternity leave!!! but , at least, having a few clients here and there makes sure my ass gets to the gym and works out myself...!
clients: get scheduled for next mon/wed/fri asap!
ALSO:: i was discussing this with the ladies who came to class this past saturday and am maybe thinking i should cxl the saturday class for the summer and just do tues 7pm, possibly thurs at 5pm.... what are your thoughts on this?? please, let me know!
