are you ladies ready for action today??? let's get rid of all that bad food we ate this past couple days!!! push your body to it's limit with 90 minutes of insane sweaty fun this morning!!! see you at 11!!!
i plan to start you guys out w/ some kbell swings then get right into an awesomely hard ab-burning segment, which we will alternate ab exercises (one in ea) with 20 bodyweight squats!!!!!! your abs and badonks will be crying for mercy!!!! ...and then we will begin the circuit!!!! ihaven't decided if we shall do 60 or 90 sec segments yet.... bring your water bottles and maybe sweat towels! you're all in for a treat today!!!
