short edit of my boootay workout from yesterday! more coming this weekend!!!

   I filmed most of my day yesterday...just for fun!   posted this short lil blurb of my butt workout, and I plan to roll out an extended version, including my morning eating routine, a lil chat about a few supplements, driving in the car nonsense on the way to the gym, a long look at what I did in my workout with a voice-over explaining what I am doing and why !
