everyone is asking how long i will be down after having gia bug and i didn't know what to tell y'all till now! here's my plan: i am gonna take off the whole month of may to adjust to being a mama :) then , i plan to be back with a vengeance in june !:)
so, no classes, no sessions all of may. but schedule with me for june! to supplement your workouts, why not try the bootcamp w/ jeremey at fitness asylum???
