FREE CLASS DAY IS HERE!

we are one hour away from the free class at fitness asylum!  hope you guys are all excited!!!  i know i am!  i have a new tiesto set on my ipod , ready to get you pumped through your workout!  i have a nice, long warm up and an ab segment as well as one , big circuit!!!   we have 16 bad ass ladies signed up and psyched to go today!  and i will be snapping a few pix and maybe a small vid so we can show everyone else what they missed today!!!!
