change of heart!

  after stewing it over all weekend, I have changed my mind about the move to anytime fitness.   it just didn't FEEL right.   while I definitely need to make some changes, I don't think this was the RIGHT MOVE for me afterall!   I will resume trying to get another circuit class at fitness asylum (Thursdays) rollin!!!!  message me if interested!  see previous blogs for deets!!!
